Ce produit penetre vraiment bien dans dans la peau. C est incroyable!! Il ne laisse pas d effet collant ou autre non plus. Hâte de voir les effets sur le long terme.

It's a pretty good Hyaluronic acid serum and the size is good too.

I placed an order of over £80 and within this I ordered 2 bio-collagen masks but only 1 was in the parcel. I contacted customer service and was told all items were sent and nothing could be done and if I returned my order I would not receive a full refund. The missing mask is about £4 out of an £80+ order and I am certainly not making up that there is only 1 mask in the parcel, infact their printed shipping label that is itemised shows only 1 mask in quantity, price and weight. All they said is they checked and 2 masks were sent so nothing can be done. I have tried to contact them about this for over 2 weeks now and get zero replies to email, web enquiry, whatsapp, live chat, instagram and facebook. So disappointing and awful customer service. I will be sharing my experience and recommending everyone who follows me avoids this company.
